i am using Mechanical Pressure gauge in hydro tester system, where as in every five minutes time pressure rise to 120 Bar from zero. in every shift we need to calibrate the gauge in front of quality fellows, and within day or two almost all pressure gauges are showing errors. Can anybody...
Are you going to machine face also? if it is, then in any condition you have to machined in two step,machine inner,outer diameter with face all three operation at same time, and another face in next step.
however objetives are also there, like accuracy of machine, type of tooling etc.

It is my first question in this Forum, we are saw pipe manufacture and for expander machine we require to develop different size of tools for respective size of pipe, our technical people are asking me to use 40cr10 material for these types of tool. I do not have much more information...
