Thanks A, think it is the right manual. The mode switch is in the run position and it initially runs then stops. Having to wait a week now before I can get back onto the ride with a laptop.

You don't say what type of lamination steel you are looking at, but if you look at the Surahammars Bruk website (they are part of Cogent), on the datasheets they give the specific loss at 50/100/200/400...Hz. I would have thought you could draw a curve and estimate the loss for 125Hz...
