Chempak is an add-on program (by AFT) that provides fluid properties for a long list of chemicals to be used in other AFT programs. It does not perform hydraulic calculations.

I am assuming that this refers to SSPC-SP 5, which is a 'white metal blasting cleaning' surface preparation. SSPC stood for the "Steel Structures Painting Council", but was recently renamed the "Society for Protective Coatings". Their web site is www.sspc.org
If you are working with B31.1, I would suggest that you look at the 2004 edition (para 102.4.5) because the criteria for the minimum required thickness of a bend after bending has been revised.
