Does anybody know anything about Twisted Tube Heat Exchanger? It claims that its performance is better than convectional HE. Due to the use of twisted tube inside, no baffles are used so the weight is relatively lighter and smaller. Also it is vibration-free. Any comments welcome. Thanks.

I have not seen any standards or convention on this. All is up to your company policy.

Also make sure your tank can withstand some degree of vacuum and with proper venting system. Pulling of vacuum can cause tank to collapse when content inside is being discharged at high rate. Vacuum breaker is needed.
