    .iges Export for AutoCAD 2000i

I can import fine. I found a free translator to do that. But exporting has been the issue. There is a possiblity we can get away with .dxf, but unsure at the moment.

    .iges Export for AutoCAD 2000i

I tried that, and the following reply was shown, "Unknown Command "Igesout", Press F1 to Continue". I need to download and open a plug-in that I have been unable to find.

    Design Considerations for a Humidifier

I've already asked this question in the fluid mechanics forum for mechanical engineers, and haven't had a response as yet, so I'll resubmit the question here. I am currently designing a verticle sparger style gas humidifier. Currently I have looked into designing the diameter of the vessle...

    Humidifier Design Considerations

I am currently designing a verticle sparger style gas humidifier. Currently I have looked into designing the diameter of the vessle such that particles of a size larger than 150 microns will fall out of the gas flow. The 150 microns is typical of a mist like particle, which was why I chose...

    Determining Tubing Cv

Thanks Morten, that is essentially what I did was calculate an effective Cv, and used that in combination with my other valve Cvs. Thanks for your help guys.

    Determining Tubing Cv

The reason I wanted to use Cv is that I wanted to develop an equivalent Cv for all the components on each of the branches entering the manifold. The branches all consist of a check valve, a solenoid valve and a length of tube. If I can find a Cv for the tube I can easily combine the Cvs of the...

    Determining Tubing Cv

I'm designing a manifold and wanted to find out my flow rate through a valve, check valve and length of tube. I have the valve Cvs and appropriate formulae, does anyone have a good source for tubing Cvs of tubes in the following sizes: 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" and 1"?

    Fluid Viscosity of light hydrocarbons

I'm currently trying to establish the fluid viscosity of a mixed gas. Within the mixed gas is hydrogen, methane, ethane, propane and butane. In order to do that I need the individual viscosities at my process temperature and pressure. I've found a neat formula using Sutherland's Constants to...
