Are these nameplates located on the Pots or are they on the pole? If they are on the pots are they usually in a uniform position or will it vary? What percentage of transformers should we expect to find a legible nameplate on?

I am trying to find a picture of a distribution transformer name plate. Do they exist? Can you read them anymore? Most importantly can you take a picture from ground level to record this information. I am looking for information that pertains to PCB concentrations. Any help on this would be...
