switched mode psu 5v 12v- 12v+ 3v no output except brief pulse (causes fan to move) every 10 -15 seconds
pwm chip is ml4824cp anyone got pinouts??
Checked for dried up electrolytics and any obvious hr and dry joints
any ideas???

the motor is from an emco lathe and as you suggest looks as though it has been rewound for three phase
I'll get in touch with the rewinder after the hols and see what suggestions he has
i've got a rewound motor from a 2 speed single phase lathe
switchgear has been removed and connections to motor are three identical resistance windings
no centrifugal switch 32 mfd cap
can anyone help with connection diags??
