What is the best way to track, capture and input hours work, %complete and optional revised end date into MSProject?
I am looking to improve the process by which my clients track progress against the plan - most are SME's using MSproject 2003 rather than Project Server/EPM at present...
Am I correct that MSProject does not allow you to specify which resource is the lead resource responsible for delivery when multiple resources are assigned to a task
The only ways I can get round this is:
a)To create a custom field called "Lead Resource" and enter the resource name or initials...
