What exactly does associative check box do? I tried unchecking it and made a change to the model. The drawing still updated automaticly when opened. I use Inventor.dwg not idw; does that impact this situation? Thanks Matthew

File number, not matching number in assembly tree? It happens more with parts created from content center, which are copyed, and renamed. The renamed part still has the old number in the assembly tree! If anyone had a similar problem, or know a solution it would be greatly appriated Thanks...

I'm not sure what you mean, sorry. Within a part, features can be patterned around a sketch line. However, if I want to pattern a sub assembly of parts, in a main assembly, it wont let me select a sketch line as a direction to pattern about. Thanks Matthew

Has anyone seen a bar grating material for inventor? I was able to create a catwalk material with round holes using perferate metal, by changing the scale. I am now trying to get a materal that looks more like bar gratting. Thanks! Matthew

If I had two brackets in a sub assembly, used 10x in my main assembly. Is there a way to have the parts list give the total number of brackets used in the main assembly? Thanks Matthew
