Also bear in mind that the surface often fails due to deflection of the subgrade, which will be less (usually) with a concrete subgrade such as a structure. So maybe no remedials required?

I don't know which fault the code signifies, but the usual fault that I used to get was either too weak or too strong return signal, the remedy was gently tapping the top of the unit to free the cascade filters. That was on DI3S though.

pumped storeage is only effective if using off-peak supply.
The unit in North Wales , Dinorwig, is rated at 1.8 GW with a run up time of 10 secs and was designed to be 75% efficient, with a 600m head 10m diameter main shaft.

I assume that you are already pouring the slabs in a hit and miss sequence, you should be able to get a pour every day assuming more than 8 bays

My firm has used GPS systems on our last 5 major roads (ca 100km) schemes, and they are very cost effective, ruling out several setting out teams, and reducing the standing time due to damaged/lost/missing setting out to almost zero.

From memory I think that the shutter may be a "cascade filter" and it is probaly this which is malfunctioning.
I don't think that you can avoid a Dealer Service.%-(

Sorry if I'm teaching granny etc but....
1)Register the stripping surace after the original ground surface
2) associate the material that was stripped with the Original surface
3) associate the cut material with the stripped surface
all as attached screen shot...
