    PHE and Pump position problem

Hi SAK9 Thank you for your reply.. Your opinion is logic and right I have only one generator operate. I've got information from the generator specialist, the flexible rubber joint always broke because it can't handle the pressure from discharge pump (Plate Heat Exhanger actually only 6 bar) and...

PHE & Cooling Tower Requirement for Genset

Hi all.. I add some information, such as: 1. Coolant capacity without Radiator (liter) = 170 2. Ambient air temperature (Degree) C = 40 3. Maximum Head Static of Coolant (ft) = 32.8 4. Maximum Outlet Pressure of Engine Water Pump (psi) = 28.6 5. Heat Rejection to Atmosphere from Engine (kW) =...

    Intake Louver Sizing

I agree with dbill74.. The basic for select louver size is CFM You can follow dbill74 information, or you can estimate it. CMH = Area x Floor to Floor Height x Air Change/hour CFM = 1.69 x CMH Then, you can used catalog for louver selection.

PHE & Cooling Tower Requirement for Genset

Hi all.. I have no idea how to calculate PHE flow and temperature for Cooling tower. The objective are selecting PHE and cooling tower for genset for my design.. If : - Genset capacity : 2000 kVA - Genset heat rejection to coolant : 60816 BTU/min - Coolant Flow : 436 GPM - Standard Thermostat...
