Hi, I have a flat structure which I want to "project" or map onto a curved object (sphere or other conformal shape). How can I do this in inventor? I am new to inventor. Thank you, Save

Is there a way to conform a planar object to another geometry...such as a cylinder or sphere? Your help is appreciated.

Maybe your Ensemble simulation is incorrect? If you have Ansoft HFSS you can simulate your patch there. Here is a tutorial on a patch antenna using HFSS: http://www.emtalk.com/tut_1.htm and the measured versus hfss results are really good: http://www.emtalk.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=7 Enjoy.
