I have a 3 span moment frame which is braced out of plane at the top. I use K=2.0 based on alignment charts. Question: Can I consider the out of plane bracing at the top so I can use an effective length factor of K=1.0? Thanks a lot.

I'm designing a fully braced platform (braced vertically on both X and Z directions, beams released for My and Mz, columns having pinned supports). I know that this structure can stand but how can I eliminate the instability warning? Thanks a lot.
