The flow rates the critical item and it needs to be relatively accurate throughout the range I previously mentioned. It's possible we could filter the particles but currently we don't.
Does anybody know of any manufactures of positive displacement water pumps capable of around 2-250m^3/hr with a maximum output pressure of about 120psi.
The applications may involve water that has particles upto 10mm in diameter.
You may need to add intake cam position into your runner length equation as it will affect your optimal runner length since the vavle is open or closing at a different point.
You could however just set the cam phasing first and then adjust your runer length based on rpm only.

Unfortunately I have been in your postion. The standard injectors will not flow more that about 330-340whp(Dyno dynamics). They are also wall guide injectors - meaning they spray onto the wall then onto the piston top before heading back to the chamber. The factory pistons have mouldings on...
From what I've read they measure the CH3 ion that dissociates within the chamber. So the current must be both mixture dependant and chamber pressure dependant.
I'm looking at using Ion sensing coils to individually trim fuel per cylinder and was wondring if anybody has any experience with the output generated from the bosch COP ion sensing coils they list in there motorsport catalog. Is it a generic 0-5v signal?
