    Compact flash parts

Does anyone know where I can purchase component parts for a compact flash card ejector? We are looking for the slide / ejector mechanism as a separate component. Thanks!

    Where can I buy ....

I can't find the parts on their website. I find their website to be not particularly user-friendly. Do you know if they sell the stuff themselves or thru distributors? I've submitted a request for info but so far no response. Thanks for the response!

Pre-pierced hole diameter before countersinking(Sheet Metal)

Ash30 When I ran a precision sheet metal shop I developed a reference chart for pre-punch diameters for coining countersinks. We used AMADA punch presses. If I can have your e-mail address I would be happy to send you a copy.

    Torque values?

As a free lance mechanical designer I often specify torque values for machine screws for assembly drawings. More often than not the customer questions my use of "lbs-in" as a torque value. They insist on "in-lbs". I usually change the drawing to "keep the customer...

Is there a standard or guideline for the minimum spacing of Cannon type connectors to allow for unencumbered connection of cables? Thanks!

    SMA bulkhead connectors

Wow! I didn't realize there were so many variations of 1/4" threads. They have everyuthing except the one I'm looking for (1/4-36). I'll definitely keep the link for future use though. Thanks. Reuben

    RJ45 panel mount jack

An example is on this webpage: http://www.mycableshop.com/sku/KEYSTONE110.htm?x=22&y=9 However I'm looking for this type of connector that has leads coming out of it instead of the "punch-down" method. Thanks. Reuben

    RJ45 panel mount jack

I don't think the jack is keystone shaped. I've just seen references that RJ45 jacks will fit a "Standard Keystone opening"

    SMA connectors

Thanks for the response. I tried McMaster-Carr. They don't have them. I did find an AMP part number for them but haven't checked on availability yet.

    SMA bulkhead connectors

Does anyone know a source for the jam nuts used on SMA bulkhead connectors. It is a 5/16 hex with 1/4-36 thread. None of the connector suppliers want to sell separate nuts (sounds like a conspiracy). I've checked all the usual suspects (Keystone, etc)and have struck out. Any help is appreciated...

    Panel mount RJ45

Thanks. They don't sell the jacks but I got cutout info.

    RJ45 panel mount jack

I'm looking for an RJ45 jack with leads that I can mount into a cutout in a metal chassis. Will a jack that fits into a "Keystone" cutout work? What are the dimensions of a standard "Keystone" cutout. Thanks for the help.
