2. Larger field fabricated tanks of >5000 KL capacity, fix height based on a.soil bearing strength, b.seismic considerations. Normally limited to about 20 meters.

This appears to be Gap type split range type of control- Nitrogen make-up if pressure is less than 0.5psi. AND vent through the seal if pressure is more than 1psi. No ation between 0.5 psi to 1.0 psi. If the vapor pressure is pressure is less than 0.5psi , you will see no swing as Nitrogen...

You have to check the points raised by 25362. The safety aspect of the other tank should not be compromised in case liquid seal breaks and gas blowby occurs. Other than that the Nitrogen regulator sizing has to be checked for the new pr drop condition.
