Once the manufacturer/ inspector has specific reason to doubt the ability of a welder, the validity of that welder gets terminated.
As clearly stated in QW-322, the welders whose validity has been revoked shall requalify.
That is, the ordinary renewal coupon is not enough...
P91 welding requires great care.
Lack of penetration is a serious problem.
No inspection was performed during the root pass of the weld, and I assume the preheating and argon purging weren't inspected either.
