    Printer types in aseptic environment?

You should keep your printers outside aseptic areas. Go for a network printer rather

    FDA compliance

You need to have food grade certificate as a minimum requirement. If you are in to liquids, the current practice is to get leachable and extractible certificates, as well.

    AHU air flow filter

Filters can take much higher velocities. 500 fpm is a spec for face velocity across coil to avoid condensate carry over and this applies to filters automatically as AHU cross section is same. G4 is pretty basic filter, so just check the CA and depth.

Temperature sensor for measuring flow consumption?

Yes, not for water but compressed air as you need density correction. Coriolis mass flow meters don't need temperature compensation.

    Power/Energy calc

1HP per TR is too tight unless you are running a screw or centrifugal at full load. Evaporative coolers can be used with biocide dosing. Combination of direct indirect evaporative cooling is an option but not much cooling if the ambient is humid. Is this for process or space?

    chlorine dioxide as disinfectant

ClO2 is supposed to be powerful disinfectant than NaOCl. However, both seem to be ineffective against persistent pathogens. If you got over the problem, it is good. We finally went ahead with heating of water to eliminate pathogens.

Non Standard Part Load Value for Chiller

I am not sure about the standard you mentioned but chiller manufacturers can provide you part load values at constant entering water temperature or different temperatures at part loads. These are mostly simulated values but good.

    Psychrometric Chart problem

I am with GT-EGR on this one. Cooling down to 7C to offset bypass indicates the bypass percentage as 15 which is usually high (mixed condition is 17C so, coil bypass air at 17C should bring the cooled air at 7C to 10C). If the SHR line runs in a nonintersecting way to the saturation curve...

    IBR for Steam Tracing

Not by rule. Depends on the Inspector. It is better to get their approval in initial stages. I see good talent nowadays.

    Measuring quantity in a container

A simple way is to mark the internals as btrueblood suggested and then providing circumferential slide rule to check the calorie content by food item. This won't be appealing to premium segment, however. Why can't you go with a mobile phone type camera in the lid (the plastic one) and connect...

    Steam trap technical specifications

If you go with thermostatic traps, they just don't discharge condensate at saturated conditions. You can have 3C or 5C sub cooling, which adds a bit value to your process heating, if the condensate flow rate is high. MOC of the body, float (or disc or bucket or capsule) and levers etc.

    Measuring quantity in a container

So, you want to manufacture lunch boxes with calorie content showing up once filled, for lazy, rich and health conscious guys. Good luck to you. I saw some super inventions by one of my previous companies, for commercial purposes, so I don't want to disappoint you. As IRStuff already mentioned...

    Measuring quantity in a container

OK, let me hit this straight. Your requirements are unique and the methods you are considering are neither standard nor specific ones. They are beyond that. So far, the replies you got are with standard courtesy this forum maintains. Without understanding your exact process and what you want to...
