    Typically toe pins are used. Drill a diagonal hole, fill with grout, insert a rod, and weld it to a plate welded over the hole cut in the sheet pile.

    While working for a slurry wall company I did a cement bentonite ditch and sat precast panels where a train track ran under a rapid transit bridge so a derailment would not bring down the bridge. A long version would be cost prohibitive for the risk.

    I need to do eqn. 9.3-3 in ASD. My LRFD version of it has a phi of 0.75. Is the eqn. the same for ASD and what is omega so I can replace phi with 1/omega?
