Thanks, vj463. I've forgot to mention that the line is sub-sea and underground and 1.5 km long. I need to know the way to coat it internally without digging it up from the sea.

Anybody has any ideas of internal coating for 32" crude line? We are looking for coating system to prolong life of the crude line by applying any coats internally. If anyone has heard, known, experienced about something like this, please help. Thank you so much.

All 300 series are not suitable for sea water because they are susceptible to Cl Stress corrosion cracking and Cl pitting. If I were you I will consider cost between the following options which have just about the same performance in sea water:-
