    Force inserted part update

Never mind, rebuilding for the 9th time fixed it. Weird. Specs, Intel Pentium M 2.16 Mhz SW 2007 R2.2 1.5 Gb Ram NVidia GE Force GO 6800 256Mb

    Force inserted part update

Hi all, I have a weldment with some inserted part files which don't seem to want to update in one weldment, but they update in another weldment. I've noticed that in the "List external references" command, the weldment that won't update doesn't show any configurations, but the one that does...

    Missing Weldment Mate

Indeed it is a strange one. I think it's leading to cut list problems as well. The problem from my other post has re-emerged and I'm missing 2 or three cut list items. I'll try re-inserting those parts and see how that affects things. By the way Corey, any idea on how to remove the reference...

    Cut List Missing Items?

Never mind. After I closed everything and restarted about 5 times it figured out that I'd updated the cut list. Cheers Specs, Intel Pentium M 2.16 Mhz SW 2007 R2.2 1.5 Gb Ram NVidia GE Force GO 6800 256Mb

    Missing Weldment Mate

I've tried modifying each move feature but I didn't find any missing faces etc. I'll post the file now. http://www.mooload.com/new/file.php?file=/data/210607/1182444061/Mate+Error.zip S3400 Upper Wall Panels is the top level part. It should reference the other files in the zip folder. Thanks...

    Cut List Missing Items?

Hi all, I have a weldment with a manually created cut list. When I drop in the weldment table it seems to ignore two of the items in the cut list. It does this with an automatically generated cut-list as well. Is it possible to somehow select a body to be ignored by the cut list? Or is this...

    Missing Weldment Mate

Hey sorry for the slow reply. I'm modeling a part so there is no mate folder. It's basically a welded frame with parts inserted and moved. Cheers Specs, Intel Pentium M 2.16 Mhz SW 2007 R2.2 1.5 Gb Ram NVidia GE Force GO 6800 256Mb

    Missing Weldment Mate

Hey josephy, The problem is that I can't even find this mate in the feature tree. I'll do some more digging. Specs, Intel Pentium M 2.16 Mhz SW 2007 R2.2 1.5 Gb Ram NVidia GE Force GO 6800 256Mb

    Missing Weldment Mate

Hi All, I have a weldment which keeps telling me that there's an error with a distance6 dimensional constraint. It tells me that this dimension is part of "Body-Move/Copy8". The problem is I can't find this Body-Move/Copy8 anywhere in the feature tree. My best guess is that the...

    Mirrored Sheet Metal Parts

Never mind. Configurations with Configuration specific properties would work perfectly. Specs, Intel Pentium M 2.16 Mhz SW 2007 R2.2 1.5 Gb Ram NVidia GE Force GO 6800 256Mb

    Mirrored Sheet Metal Parts

Hi all, I have a sheet metal plate that I have created a mirrored part of. The profile and main hole patterns are the same but there may be some different machining details for each piece. The problem is that when you create the mirror part you lose the bend lines and sheet metal information...

    Low Volume Plotter

Hi All, I've never had to select a printer for an machine shop before and it seems a bit daunting. I'm working for a shop that is going to be adding a Mechanical Designer to it's staff. It will only need to be a low volume printer as there will only be one designer using it and the shop is...

Showing weldment properties in Indented BOM?

I've been tackling the same sort of problem. The only way I've found so far is to do a separate detail of the weldment and simply copy and paste the cut list into your assembly drawing. Fairly crude but it works. Specs, Intel Pentium M 2.16 Mhz SW 2007 R2.2 1.5 Gb Ram NVidia GE Force GO 6800 256Mb

    Sub Weldment Properties Question

That really sucks. Oh well, maybe the next release can have that capability. Thanks for the quick response scott. Specs, Intel Pentium M 2.16 Mhz SW 2007 R2.2 1.5 Gb Ram NVidia GE Force GO 6800 256Mb

    Sub Weldment Properties Question

Hi All, I created a large weldment part. Then I created a sub-weldment, then inserted into a new part in order to make a detail drawing of that sub-weldment. However when I created a drawing for my new sub-weldment, the weldment table doesn't have any description or length properties. What...
