I'm back!
Problem is now I can't find any supplier that can supply these type crimps, as small as my sample.
My insulation outside diameter is Ø0.9mm, and there are 30 strands of Ø0.08mm wire, totaling 0.15mm²
Any ideas where I can find these?
I spoke to the manufacture of the item in my hand...
These are the closest I can find, but they already have the end part fully formed, so not suitable as they won't crimp both the conductors and insulation, as per the initial photo of the ones I try to find.

I like these because they are anchored onto the insulation, so they withstand a fair amount of wiggle without the conductors taking any real abuse. With crimp sleeve type the conductors would be broken in a very short space of time, with only 0.25mm² csa. The end view is just as you would...
Thanks for your reply. A few further points with regards to your answer.
a. I can't understand how an over pins measurement can be used to determine base pitch, since the amount of profile shift, (if present), will effect the over pin dimension, and that profile shift is an unknown for now.
b...
I have a gear of unknown definition in my hand.
I measure base pitch and find it is 6.12mm.
I am confident in this measurement.
I know this 6.12 value is a fundamental dimension of the rack cutter, for example, and is fixed regardless of profile shift etc.
When I do some calculations, it appears...
Thanks. Its a european 7th generation accord.
I see some videos referring to the proportional valve, but I wonder is that just a manifold.
Does an ABS car still need a proportional valve?
I would have guessed all that control would be in the ABS unit?
I have a 2 tonne pancake load cell that...
My brake booster seems to pass all the usual checks as regards holding vacuum with no leaks, and a pressed pedal progressing further downwards, when the engine is started, however, it seems to reach the"knee" point on the input versus output forces graph too soon. I can only assume it is an...
I still haven't had a chance to get back to solving this problem, but for now I just have the fuse pulled, and there is no big panic. But what I have found, when I decided to pull the fuse, that the fuse is labelled as the intercooler fuse, so at least know I know the official purpose of that...
Could anyone please explain to me what a 199% duty cycle means on an AC condenser fan, (as reported by live data from the scan tool).
The fan on this FORD FOCUS is running non stop, at what appears to be full speed. (I am assuming there is no speed control on such fans, but rather are on or off...
