Hello everyone!
I have an interesting problem I am facing with modeling. I am running a 32" pipe into a blower wich then transitions to a rectangular duct. Its not a long piece of ducting, however it does contain a spring hanger and a +y restraint a few feet after, before returning to circular...
Hi, I need help inputing miter bends for a 32" pipe line. Can anyone give me an example or steps on what to do? All the Caesar guids dont really show or explain that well.
Thanks!

Hi all,
I need a little help specifying a design metal temperature for an API 650 storage tank. Can there be a rang or temperatures or just one that is calculate. If one, how can this be calculated. I've been reading the standard api book but I am confused!
Any help would be great thanks...
Calculus 2 & 3 and physics was important so I can know what the heck those triple integrals meant when engineering equipment and that hoop stress wasnt a basketball rim. Haha, but on a serious note...it just wouldnt feel right to have a science in engineering degree without those courses learned.
Okay fine, physics, masters in mathematics do get my attention...engineering isnt for everyone...just because someone can't make it in engineering doesnt mean they arent "smart" people. Let an individual fallow his/her own path in life. I would recommend engineering to my children only...
Qshake is absolutely correct...there are no bachelors degrees harder than engineering. I was at the point of tutoring seniors in accounting when I never read their book before helping them...also, if I would have earned my degree in business or finance, I could have partied more in college and...
Hello all!
I have an odd question, but hopefully I can get some help. working on a project that requires spring can data. After running a hydrostatic analysis, it is showing to be less weight than the installed loads. This does not seem theoretically possible but maybe so? Just to give brief...
I am currently trying to input a nozzle to a vessel at the top/head of the vessel which is of coarse has the same centerline. Is it still possible to model this without any errors?
When I opened up an assembly it reads "The following files could not be loaded causing this open to fail: E:engineering/gear1/motion.prt -Internal error. When I tried to open an individual part, it says the same thing.
Hello all, I have several important files that, for some reason, are now failing to open. It seems that everytime I create a new model (nx3), any old files will no longer open. Can anyone help me ? :(

I sketched the model and then extracted it. Is there a way, such as uniting the bodies together and then chamfer an edge of the part. That pretty much what I was planning on doing is indenting.
Hello everyone , im having trouble with a design feature. I have created a model and want to cut/pocket a piece out with its particular design. Can you guys show me how to do this? I would appreciate it a lot, thanks
