the pipe now is repaired temporarily and has to be replaced for the nearest time.(attached video)

I have attached a sectional drawing for this pump.
The shaft material is Duplex stainless steel and pumping medium is sea water.
Note: the pump was overhauled since two years so it is impossible for the sleeve rubber bearing got damaged unless abnormal...
While inspection of our vertical propeller axial flow pump, we observed that the impeller is moving when we push it. (Video attached)
Do we have to dismantle the pump completely to check the sleeve bearing for any abnormal gap or there is another test we can do it.
The shaft hight is about 10m...

Did the tank burst because of overpressure...
we have a burst HsSo4 storage tank of about 93 % concentration. is it better to replace the tank or make new patch plate in the place of the burst.

All pipes are inside the trenche with but covered with concrete slabs with sleepers under all pipes.
But still want to know for any further test to examin the healthness of the pipes
