    Ethylene glycol antifreeze foaming problem

Thank you for your help. Our refrigeration system is a newly applied system. We know of no leaks in the system. When We shook the EG 30vol% solution in a PET bottle, we saw that many small bubbles were formed, and the bubbles disappeared in a short time. During pumping, It seems to be originally...

    Ethylene glycol antifreeze foaming problem

We use a 30% aqueous solution of ethylene glycol as an antifreeze for our refrigeration system. However, it was found that a lot of bubbles were generated in the circulating antifreeze. Is this a problem that originally occurs when a 30% to 40% ethylene glycol aqueous solution is used as an...

    High Purity CO2 Gas

thank you georgeverghese for your reply. I discussed this with UOP. But they answered Mole sieves is not the solution. I am thinking How about Membrane...anyway thank you again..

    High Purity CO2 Gas

    Flow Rate : 500~ 1000kg/hr (total Gas Flow) Composition CO2 :99.993 vol.% O2 : 25ppm N2 : 35ppm H2O : 1.5ppm others : 8.5ppm (as unknown) Question: We will intend to increase CO2 Contents up to 99.999% First We want to remove N2 and O2 from CO2 Gas comment Device...

volatile organic compounds thermal oxidation in the co2 atomosphre

Thanks... I agree your answers. But about this question I had pilot test. The result was good. CH4 and C2H4 was removed by CTO. Of course CTO condition was same for example temp. Retention time and gas composition. I have a new experiance. I feed Hrdrogen gas (1%vol of total gas) to the CTO...

Volatile organic compounds Thermal oxidation in the CO2 atmospere

No aromatics in this Organic compounds Gas. And catalyst Vendor Clariant Say 300~400 degC Temp.is OK. Anyway I tried to heating up more high temp. up to 500 deg.C, But The result is same. The volatile organic Gas's composition is CH4 500pppm, C2H4 300pppm, O2 2%, Others CO2 Gas My question...

Volatile organic compounds Thermal oxidation in the CO2 atmospere

I have a question that Volatile organic compounds (CH4, C2H4, etc Organic concentration is 800vol.ppm, Oxygen 2vol%) can be thermal oxidated in the co2 atomospere? Reaction temp. is 350~400dC with CTO (Catalytic Thermal Oxidizer, Catalyst is from clariant. I guess RTO(Regenration Thermal...

    VOC absorption

If the VOCs Vapor Press.is less than 0.5mmHg at30dC,and is soluble in water, That will be removed by absorbing system. Otherwise, I recommend RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer)

    Hydrostatic Test of Pipe

Normally Use Raw river water, But Sometimes required By Client. Remember after hydro-test, do purge with N2 or etc inside pipe.
