    can we get the warpage( quality criteria) equal to zero in curvatures.

    i have another question in regard to warpage, is there any solver and/or type of analysis which fails due to non-zero warpage value? My comment: as far as my knowledge is concerned, almost all the solvers give the tolerance of 10 degrees on warpage.

    can anybody verify this? can we get the zero warpage in curvature surfaces for 2D elements. i have tried a lot in HYPERMESH and FEMAP but in vain.
