You didn't mention how you are handling odor control - or do you need to?
What's off-gassing from this and do you have any EPA or regulatory requirements you have to meet? Knowing this will help determine the solution.
What is the size and shape of the tank? Can the pump capacity be accelerated? Are you willing to resize the pump to increase the agitation?
The situation can be resolved by entraining the solids and vapors in the liquid without the need for odor control equipment.
The solution of the scrubbing process is in direct proportion to the material the vessel and the packing is made out of. It's better not to dissolve the vessel in the process (smile). What is your vessel made of and what type of packing are you using?
