Thank you very much Stancom,Fumed silica is effective tensile strength,high voltage resistance, hardness and more transparency in silicone rubber.but because of the total cost there is limitation in use.
Dear Johnnymat, thank you very much, heavy loaded is for high voltage resistance. so,please let me know either ATH or MgO is more suitable to achieve both high voltage and compression set?

Thank you very much for your comment,I would explain more that now we are producing silicone rubber profiles, actually I wanted to know that, is it possible we shift from silicone compound to EPDM compound for the same profiles? if yes then is it needs we design a special formula or any changing...
It's highly appreciate to somebody tell me, how can I cure EPDM profiles in hot air tunnel?, the temp.is 300C and tunnel length is 12M and extruding out put is 45 grs./min. thanks in advance.

Thanks a lot for your kind attention,The temperature is 300C and the curing time is 1minute,and the tunnel length is 12meters, material out put is 450grs per minute.hope the information would be useful.
