The dust is heated by the steam which is at 270 oC. This is required for the reactions after the mixer. So, it is not possible to reduce down the temperature.
We need another solution !
Since the SO4 ions in the process water reduce our production, we would like to settle down them by using a chemical.
Please kindly inform us a company on the matter or advise a chemical.
