In my area, Type B vent is for natural gas only. Solid fuel appliances as well as oil appliances require Typa A venting.
Are the boilers power burners? If so, you should ensure combination venting is approved for the burners.
Older smaller (less than 400mbtu/hr) water tube boilers with replaceable tubes used a tube very similar to this. I believe it was old Burkey style boilers I saw them in.

A slope of 1:200 is flatter (closer to level) than 1:100. I seem to recall 1:100 is a minimum slope using good piping practices. See link:
