    Sorry about my English... Mcgyvr, you are very close, I have punch created (punch02.ide), used it in the part (part.ipt). Then I created .dxf file for punching machine (part.dxf), but this file our machine read as 'square punch and then circular punch' so I have to edit part.dxf and copy bits...

    Hi all, I'm looking for help or advice with creating punch which will be in dxf file represented in specific layers. Basically it is square cut-out and rounded emboss, but with my punch I'm getting just double cut-out... I have .dwg of the final result but I don't want to copy that into .dxf...

    How do I weld two surfaces...
