Does anyone have, or know where I can find, a good, "middle of the road" concrete design for sidewalks?
Looking for a 3,500 to 4,000 psi mix design.

A couple of items:
1. Should communication / internet antennas be allowed on existing water storage tanks?
2. Is there any federal regulations prohibiting the installation of antennas on water storage tanks?
3. Does anyone know if AWWA or the EPA have thoughts or comments on this issue?
We are in the process of replacing our water treatment plant's two (2) sludge pumps that remove the sludge from the bottom of the settlement basin.
The "lay-in" length of the original pumps is 17-1/4" (from centerline of suction side to the flange on the discharge side - see attached PDF)...
As a rule of thumb, how long should our water department store uncovered and unprotected PVC pipe? All of the pipe is stored outside in our storage yard. The pipes range in size from 1"Ø to 10"Ø.
