    where can I find plans for constructing a large-large battery

    I have been searching for a set of plans (complete plans I can hand to a somebody to build it) a large power cell battery running off 110v and 220v, needs to be good for 250 kw hours before it runs out of juice. Larger than 250 kw is okay too, just gets a little hard for me use any power cell...
