We have several high pressure steam plants in states that have inspection requirements but the City juristiction that the plant is located in does NOT require annual inspections. Is there an ASME code that will superseed this so I can push the issue of having internal and external inspections...
I am trying to standardize the systems paint color coding in a number of steam plants we just aquired. Does OSHA have suggested color codes for systems like natural gas, liquid fuel, city water, steam, etc?
