Oops, you are correct, I don't even have a good excuse for not knowing that, except I'm stupid. I have used WinWedge for so long in the "Send Strokes To.." mode for so long I didn't remember the DDE option. They even have good examples on the WinWedge website.

If the rotation is not too fast, couldn't you use just about any swivel fitting, then plumb to a manifold? I have done this on a rotating turet with vacuum cups for a pouch handling application.
