Hi, I'm missing something in nx9,
while creation of a ordinate dimension I can turn on off the name display., ok
editing an existing ordinate dimension I can not find the setting so hide, or display the ordinate name( ???)
Nx9.02mp1- What must I do?

mark the feature in the partnavigator,
goto view tab look for fit view to selected
the opposite for Catia users center graph is:
mark feature in 3d and goto the selection bar something like find in navigator icon with the telescope

I thought I could add the physical material libray and add material from the reuselib by drag on a body.
... not to forget to start an ER on this. I don't like the current material management .

I'm in Nx9.02 and found inthe member select window the displaytype material item... and no information in the docs + google.
How can I add materials (items) into the reuselibrary to get work?

NX 8,5,3mp4 well I'm starting the section view command in nx8.5 from context off a standard view.
1. picking the first location
2. define the hinge line
3. create the 2nd step location... now the first location is jumping away -> what went wrong in my workfow?

I have expected that I find trap thread taken from a Machinery Handbook, the source references to a standard iso...
appending on my own is ok, but I don't know the base - and the threaded hole xml is very mighty, where to pick the information needed?

Hi, I have found the metric thrapezoidal thread in the hole command.
I have no information if they are compliant, that serious for me, to DIN-ISO 103-1
This information ( standard- iso, din. ansi what are the sources btw.) would be nice to all threads in the hole cmd -

can I read attribute from a file without opening the partfile.
Workpart will have an open file, I just like to know if and what attributes exist.

I'm in nx 9 and turned of smooth edge display, there are still edges in the view that shouldn't be displayed.
Is this a configuration issue?
