Thank you for the reply but the cost requirement is one of the biggest issues I am facing. Production will be high volume and current cost is very minimal. There is a safety concern that could warrant more expense but only to a certain degree. Any more ideas??
I am looking for a material that will create a liquid barrier but at the same time allow for air to be pressed through it as a cavity is filled with 250F liquid. I was considering polyethylene(a molded part) but am not sure of the cost effectiveness of this material. Any suggestions...
