I think I have found one other program: ROHR2
It's a company out of Germany named SIGMA.
I also made a mistake about CAEPipe...it does do Class 1 with an add on package called Pipe Stress.

I'm looking for software that will do ASME Class 1 (and C2, C3 + B31.1) stress checking including fatigue.
I have used Superpipe, but the software is pretty outdated.
I have also tried CAEPipe and thought that the GUI setup was great, easy to work with and quick to complete...

If I am interpreting it correctly the two terms outside the radical are for calculating the SI between the normal stress in the ligament due to pressure and the normal in plane radial stress averaged in the ligament.
