i do not have express tools in LDD software on my system. is there a special place to go for express tools?

The linetypes I want to use are symbols such as cut and fill limits, property lines where the PL is in the center of the line itself, also guiderail (box beam where the small squares are incorporated in to the line. is this possible? thanks
