    Reinforcing requirements based on % of concrete volume

    Dont know if this will help but I came across a conversion factor by weight for unknown rebar. Multiply your CF x 165= x tons/2000 lbs per ton = tons of concrete w/ rebar. Your example: 233.33 x 165 = 38499.45 / 2000 = 19.249 tons Let me know if this does anything for you.
