When using a Fluke T+ (or other voltmeter) to do a potential check, to make sure the circuit is dead, can any residual voltage in the circuit light the 12 volt bulb and make it stay on?
I can imagine that the 12 volt light could flicker on with any residual voltage and then I imagine that it...

The above link is what I found on the net.
Now in the case of a multi-unit station that has non environmentally qualified stand -by generators (SG)and 2 environmentally qualified emergency power generators (EPG).
A black out would mean...
For Demin water stator cooling system
Why is the conductivity lower coming back from the generator then going to the generator.
Going to gen after HX and IX is about 0.13 micro Siemen/cm
Coming back from gen is about 0.5 micro Siemen/cm
Temp coming back is about 60 degree C
Temp going to gen is...

I am reading about the purification system of the Heat Tranport System of a CANDU reactor and I keep seeing a reference of "LiOD"
It is the addition of Lithium from the IX columns to the D2O to control the PH at around 10
Does LiOD simply mean Lithium + Oxygen + Deturium ?
Thanks in advance
I wish to read the amperage of individual circuits on a main power electrical box. The individual wires in the box are a tight fit for the clamp of my inductive amp meter.
Can I rig up with wire a wound loop around the wire in the box then measure the amp draw from that wire core?
I realize that...
I was thinking that it would have more to do with the fluid moving thru the engine block so fast that low pressures would build up around the jacket areas and form a boundary of air bubbles in certain areas where there in next to no heat transfer thru the bubble film.
I wonder if anybody has...
Oh great MintJulep!
Just as I was going to post to engineer "B" and eat crow telling him that he is right and I am wrong, you offer me a glimmer of hope that it is in theory possible.
That is what I was thinking that in a real world engine block that there would be so many calculations to make...
