You need to find out what Standard the system was designed to.
If it was designed to 13R, do a 25 inspection.
If it was designed to 13D, you will have to make your own inspection criteria, perhaps utilizing the 25 Standard.

NFPA 13 Overhead Acceptance form has for years required the conractor to give the owner a copy of NFPA 25, formally 13A.
That's why AFSA form asks for it, I assume.
