Paskenell, the bolts that are in question have S30400 on the head along with the letters THE. There are no other markings on the heads. These are 5/16-18 bolts. Can you tell me anything more about them? Thank you.

I have an application where I need to mount a graphics LCD module (approx 5" x 6" x 1"). I would like it to be able to swivel/rotate 90 degrees left and 90 degrees right. I also would like to allow it to be tilted at least 60 degrees. What is the best approach to accomplish this?
