I'd think of a special spring or sforce where the stiffness value is zero when the deformation is negative with the aid of a spline and akima function. But wouldnt think of the formulation of the sforce.

I want to model a bungee cord to apply force to a sledge like body. The problem with the bungee cords is a bungee cord cannot be compressed like a spring. It only exerts a pulling force when extended.

In one of our ongoing projects, a customer of ours have asked about landing gear g-meter. I said we would look into that, but I could not find an application so far.

Tim, you're right. I am using NX3. But the issue is not related with too many times MB2 clicking. The measure interface does not dissappear after measurement, it simply does not allow you to select any other 2 points for measurement.

As far as I know, giving the analysis-->distance command allows us only 1 distance measurement. After I get the results, the interface turns off. I am really bored of giving the distance command repetitively. Is there a way of measuring multiple distances using the same command?
