Presuming that you are looking for the software developed by Finley Charney for FEMA (dynamic analysis of SDOF structural systems), check the following:

Good luck.

A Fourier spectrum is the decomposition of a wave into weighted and phase-shifted sine waves. The amplitudes in the frequency domain are not directly related to amplitudes in the time domain. An inverse Fourier spectrum takes you back into the time domain. Fourier analysis is not...
The conventional calculation is pretty trivial:
Volume shot per hole (cu.yds.) = B * S * H / 27, where
B = burden in feet (6' in this example)
S = spacing in feet (5' in this example)
H = hole depth in feet (44' in this example)
V per hole is about 49 cu/yd, or about 2890 cu yd for 59 holes...
Blasting is used specifically to densify materials, in principle, to effect liquefaction. At present, to my knowledge, this is a rather "ad hoc" field. Clearly research would be helpful, but as a first cut, the acceleration assumed in the SSR equations is NOT...
It is important WHY you wish acceleration instead of particle velocity (the usual way to represent vibration for blasting). Is it for some criterion of damage, or to relate to rock stability? Be very careful if you try to relate blast vibration to earthquake acceleration...
