smckennz, The pumps are in a 24hr service and several states away. We have in the past taken measurements and plotted our own pump curves but only after exhausting other resourses, like this one. Thanks for your reply.

I am in the midwest but have paid out when we were busy and have billed for our services approx. 30-35 hr for drafting services and 60-70 hr for engineering and design. If you have little overhead and want to appear reasonable then 30 and 60 are fair.
