    Controlling your Activities ID

I do not use WBS to organize and identify my activities, I don’t even use it at all unless forced to do so as a contract requirement. I am looking for a way to organize by other codes and use also my activities ID to sort in a sequential order. A substitute to controlling activities ID is not...

MS Project Banned from Federal Jobs

Is Microsoft Project banned from federal jobs? -What are the general FAR procurement rules when CPM is "Brand" specified, usually Primavera? -Does specifying a particular CPM brand takes out the Schedule from the contractor hands? -Does specifying a particular CPM brand puts at disadvantage the...

    Controlling your Activities ID

I am new into MS Project as Primavera is no longer to support P3/SureTrak. Beam Splices

I am refering to what happens justa after the splice,if the rebars are in the corner then just after the rebars if you have a straight splice you will not have the splice rebars at the corners. View it from a top elevation, you have before the splice a rebar at each corner, at the splice two...

    Beam Splices

When you have beams with 135 deg closed ties you are required by the ACI code to have one rebar on each corner of the tie. If you have 2 no.8 at bottom and 2 no.8 bars at top how would you keep the 4 bars on the corners just after a splice? With an offset lap splice? Additional rebar? I have...
