    oxygen flow measurement

    I would contact Micromotion and ask if their mass flow meter meets your requirements. I've used them on Nitrogen gas flow.

    Ask the valve mgfr. for a cv curve. It will show you the stroke vs cv relationship.

    NIST traceable calibration for load cell excitation

    It seems to me you should concentrate on using calibration weights which are NIST traceable. Then once your system is calibrated you could say your whole system is traceable.

    If the gland should leak the liquid will come down on the actuator. If you have a positioner, it could be difficult to service.

    I think the correct solution is to derate the MWP for the elevated temperature. If it's a code vessel I think it will require a calculation for your particular vessel.

    Batch tank steam heating

    Would like to know a source for software for tank heating calc. using steam.  Tank will have internal coils.  Water will be heated from x temp to y temp over a certain period of time.  sch 40 pipe coils.  50 psig steam.
