tgtm's conservative solution should be followed, convert moment into an equivalent axial load and add to existing axial load by dividing moment by CHS section modulus then multiplying by CHS area.
From the menu select Format, Cells, click the Protection tab, ticking the locked box will specify the cell(s) selected as locked. I suggest you lock all the cells then select the individual cells you want to unlock.
You can use styles and specify locked/unlocked cells for each style.

I agree with Curmudgeon and pylko, simple cantilever deflection theory. Consider half the plate as a cantilever with the central support as the fixed end. Beam length L is then half the plate length (or distance from support to end if not equal distance each side of support).
