It's still doing it. I'm leaning towards him tinkering with something becasue his is the only machine affected with this. I'm probably going to end up uninstalling the program and profile and bring it back stock.

Thanks for the offer but its so few and far between we will have our customer send pdfs from now on.

Since we are not going to be purchasing this program because the cost cannot be justafied for the amount of times we use it we had our customer send as a pdf.

Thanks for the ideas, I did try the Alt-Space M with no luck so I just replaced the user profile with a default one and everything worked fine after that. I didn't get a chance to try the cascade.
